Originally from Southern California, James is a sailor, boat captain, commercial diver, and Elite PADI Instructor.
Over the course of his 30+ year career, he has inspired thousands of people to explore the ocean, both through his teachings and his example.
Enter freediving. Living aboard a catamaran in the Caribbean prepared James to ditch the scuba gear and experience the underwater world in a more spontaneous and natural way.
His life is all about freedom and it translates to the way he teaches.
James will meet you wherever you are in your underwater journey. He goal is to help you relax, have fun, and safely explore his second home - the ocean.

Relaxation Guide
Julia is a life-long student of breath & body work, having been a professional dancer for many years.
Upon moving to Bonaire, she earned her yoga teacher certification on the island through Yoga Sensibile.
Today, she uses her expertise to guide reef divers into a deep state of relaxation required to slow the heart rate and ease tensions.
Before slipping into the sea, Julia will lead you through exercises that will relax your mind, connect you to your breath, and prepare your body to move more efficiently through the water.

There are 2 ways to experience Reef Diving with us aboard the Lost Cat:
OPTION 1: PRIVATE 1/2 DAY CHARTER
This is a private course designed for 2-4 people to learn the basics of reef diving. We will explore at least 2 dive sites, with a relaxing sail in between. To maintain our energy levels we will provide fresh fruit and a healthy lunch.
