"Around the World, Dish by Dish" is a six-course menu that spans different continents. Each dish employs spices, techniques and characteristics of its region of origin, creating a unique journey. From Spanish America, through the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia, the menu reveals just how vast—yet intimate—the world can be.
