In December 2025, a talented young sailor from Bonaire will proudly represent the island at the Youth World Championship of the International Sunfish Class in Salinas, Ecuador. This prestigious event brings together the best young sailors from around the world.
As the only youth competitor from Bonaire, Rocquí carries the hopes of an entire island with him, aiming not just to participate, but to become a World Champion. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to showcase Bonaire’s potential on the global stage, and your support can help him get there!

To prepare for the world competition, Rocquí is travelling to Aruba to attend a sailing clinic where he will learn more sailing tips and practice competing. You can help us raise funds for this trip, and for future travel expenses to Ecuador for the main event!
